Return and Exchange
We hope every purchase is a perfect fit, but we understand that sometimes it isn’t. If you can’t "make it work," here are your options:
Non-Returnable Items:Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returnable Items:Buttons, notions, and anything sold as a whole item (such as unopened sewing machines and dress forms) . Please note that once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned. This includes packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and other similar items.
Condition of Returns:Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. For example, if the item was shipped on a roll, it must be returned on a roll. Refunds will not be processed for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition.
Timeframe:Claims and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
