Non-Returnable Items:Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returnable Items: Buttons, notions, and anything sold as a whole item (such as unopened sewing machines and dress forms). Please note that once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned. This includes packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and other similar items.

Condition of Returns:Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. For example, if the item was shipped on a roll, it must be returned on a roll. Refunds will not be processed for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition.

Timeframe: Claims and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Is a meter the same as a yard?

A meter and a yard are not the same. A yard is equivalent to 36 inches, while a meter is slightly longer, measuring approximately 39.4 inches. If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask. We're here to help!

 

Will My Fabric Come in One Continuous Piece?

We understand the importance of receiving fabric in a single, uninterrupted piece. Rest assured that when you place an order for fabric, it will typically be cut as a continuous piece.

However, if the available yardage is in separate pieces, our dedicated customer service team will promptly notify you before your order is shipped. They will inform you of the situation and provide alternative options or seek your preference on how you would like to proceed.

Will my fabric be shipped in one cut?

While we strive to fulfill orders in a single cut whenever feasible, there are instances, particularly with larger orders exceeding 10 yards, where it may not be possible. In such cases, our dedicated customer service team will promptly reach out to you to inform you of any necessary multiple cuts.

Yes! Onewind Outdoor provides free shipping for orders over $89 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Warranty

30-Day Free Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • For international orders, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once shipped.

1-Year Warranty:

We proudly offer a 1-year satisfaction warranty on all products. If you encounter any issues within one year of purchase, our team is here to help.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $9.99 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

  • Ordinary wear and tear from daily use, cleaning, or laundering.
